How quickly will you respond to my estimate request?
We respond to all inquiries within one business day — usually the same day. Ran and Shachar personally review every request before we follow up, so you’re always talking to someone who knows the business and can give you real information.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, completely free with no obligation. We’ll visit your property, assess the scope of work, and deliver a detailed written proposal. You’re under no commitment to move forward after receiving your estimate.
What information should I have ready when I contact you?
A rough description of the project (interior, exterior, or both), the address or general area, and your preferred timeline is enough. We’ll get specific details during the site visit. Don’t worry about having everything figured out — that’s what the estimate is for.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
We prefer to visit the site so we can give you an accurate, reliable price. Phone estimates are inherently imprecise and we don’t want to quote a number that changes when we arrive. Site visits are free and typically take 20–40 minutes.
Who will come to my estimate visit?
Ran, Shachar, or Oren Shriki — the owners. You won’t be meeting with a salesperson or a project manager who disappears after the sale. The person who assesses your project is the person accountable for the result.
How detailed is the written proposal?
Very. We break down the scope by area, specify prep work included, list products to be used, provide a timeline, and include the total fixed price. It’s a clear document — no fine print, no ambiguity, no room for surprise charges.
Can I get an estimate for multiple services at once?
Absolutely. Many clients combine exterior painting with pressure washing, interior painting with cabinet refinishing, or painting with epoxy flooring. Bundling services typically saves money and simplifies scheduling — one contractor, one timeline.
What if I need to change the scope after the estimate?
No problem. If you decide to add or remove work, we’ll revise the proposal with updated pricing before any changes are made. You’ll always know the cost before we proceed. We never make changes without your written approval.
Do you require a deposit?
For most residential projects, we require a modest deposit to secure your spot on the schedule, with the balance due upon completion. Commercial projects may have milestone-based payment terms. Specific payment details are outlined in your proposal.
